IEM Students Become Finalists of All-Russian Olympiad in Marketing Research
A team from the Institute of Economics and Management (IEM) of Tomsk State University successfully competed in the All-Russian Student Olympiad in "Marketing Research and Market Analytics." Based on the results of the intellectual competition, the Tomsk team advanced to the finals and was awarded a certificate for their high level of scientific and practical research.
The Olympiad was held online, organized by the Faculty of Economics of Donetsk State University. The scale of the event brought together 164 participants from 28 leading universities in Russia and neighboring countries.
The competition program was focused on solving real business tasks and consisted of two stages. The students completed assignments in marketing analytics and conducted applied research for a major market player — "Sokolov."
The team representing Tomsk State University consisted of: Maxim Burtovoy, Anna Klimenko, Ksenia Kosenko, Milena Kurochkina, and Dmitry Narkevich. The expert jury highly appreciated the analytical skills of the IEM students and the depth of their proposed solutions.
