"I have strong scientific and friendly ties with TSU. All events organized by the highly professional team of colleagues from the Department of Strategic Management and Marketing are always distinguished by impeccable organization, sensitivity and attention to the needs of guests, a refined scientific style, and a high level of culture, which attracts participants to your events again and again. The organization of the Olympiad on Entrepreneurship and Management this year was again of the highest standard. Very interesting and creative tasks that reveal the potential of each student, and the fairness of the results, which inspires one to give full effort at all stages of the competition tasks. Thanks to you, we managed to attract our graduates to participate, who were genuinely interested because they felt your heartfelt attitude and support at all stages of the Olympiad. To spark the lively interest of young people and the incentive to participate is worth a lot. We wish you prosperity, professional success, and talented students!"

Feedback from Student Participants and Moderators:
Anastasia Shavkunova, 4th-year student at USUE:
"Participating in the management Olympiad in Tomsk for the second time was a real pleasure for me! My favorite competition is making a video. This year, my fellow students from our university became very close friends during the filming, and we managed to do a good deed by visiting a rehabilitation center for animals. Nowadays, it is very important to focus attention on responsible treatment of our smaller brothers. Thank you to the Olympiad for the opportunity to speak about this!"
Ksenia Kosenko, 3rd-year student at TSU:
"Participating in the All-Russian Olympiad 'Entrepreneurship and Management' was a truly interesting and valuable experience for me. The format allowed me not only to apply existing knowledge but also to develop new skills. The Olympiad provided an opportunity to demonstrate creativity while working on thematically significant videos, as well as to immerse myself in a new area for me thanks to the case study from 'Biolit'. Working on a real task gave the entire work additional depth and meaning. Equally important was the experience of interacting with participants from different cities of Russia and other countries. Despite differences in experience and approaches, we managed to build effective communication and achieve a common result – this made the participation even more fulfilling and memorable. I express my sincere gratitude to the Olympiad organizers for the high level of organization."
Yulia Dedukhina, 4th-year student at USUE:
"For the second year now, I have been participating in the Olympiad, and I really like that the organizers provide truly live, interesting case studies to solve. This is a unique opportunity to meet and work together with participants from different parts of our country and beyond. All participants are incredibly talented and ambitious! To the organizers, I would like to wish for growth in scale, the attraction of new experts deeply involved in the field of activity, and love for their work."
Alena Leushina, 4th-year student at TSU:
"For me, participating in the Olympiad as a moderator was an opportunity to see how the process is built from the inside and to act as a manager. It was interesting to take responsibility for organizing a process that included coordinating participants, assisting with technical issues, and facilitating dialogue and communication among participants. This develops time management and communication skills with different people. One of the most memorable moments was watching the participants tackle the tasks: honestly, it was difficult for me not to get involved myself because the theme and the task were very interesting. I saw how the participants turned into one team and showed creativity, complementing each other's ideas. The atmosphere was very friendly, but at the same time very motivating and sometimes tense. I would recommend that every student try being a moderator at least once."
Angelina Pereskokova, 4th-year student at TSU:
"Participating in the Entrepreneurship and Management Olympiad was a valuable experience for me. I would particularly like to note the real-world nature of the proposed case study. The task of developing a marketing campaign for launching a new product of the company was extremely relevant and allowed participants to immerse themselves in real business processes. Working with a team as a moderator also proved very productive. I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of interest from the participants, which manifested itself in their ability to quickly identify a leader and clearly distribute tasks among themselves. This greatly facilitated the interaction process and allowed the team to move effectively toward the goal. Watching their cohesive work and dedication to achieving results was very inspiring."
