2025 Presidential Program Graduates Receive Their Diplomas
On November 25th, a ceremonial presentation of diplomas to graduates of the Presidential Program for Management Personnel Training took place at the Tomsk Regional Administration.
The ceremony was attended by the First Deputy Governor of Tomsk Oblast, Andrey Dunaev, and the Chair of the Tomsk Regional Association of Presidential Program Graduates "Leader of the 21st Century," Larisa Botaeva.
Nine months of intensive study, practice, and personal growth are now behind them. This year, 9 promising executives successfully completed their training in the "Project Development Management" and "Organizational Management" programs at Tomsk State University. Among the graduates are successful top managers and leading specialists from companies including JSC "NPF "Mikran", JSC "Rosatom Infrastructure Solutions", JSC "Tomsk Generation", OJSC "Tomsk House-Building Company", as well as heads of departments from TSU, TPU, TSPU, and SibSMU.

Training under the Presidential Program at TSU is organized by the Office (Dean's Office) of Executive and MBA Programs at the Institute of Economics and Management. As part of the implementation of the State Plan for Training Management Personnel for Organizations of the National Economy of the Russian Federation (Presidential Program), Tomsk State University provides training for participants in professional retraining programs: Type A (the "Project Development Management" program) and Type B (the "Organizational Management" program).
