A senior year student has won a grant of Rosmolodezh and is going to put into action a project for student’s entrepreneurial skills development

Alina Zhumagulova a senior year student of Economics program has won a grant of Rosmolodezh. Her project “NeMonopoliya” designated for development of entrepreneurial skills of students and applicants through original games is going to be put into action at IEM withing the structure of the program “Management and project administration (CAPTAINS)”. The sum of the grant is 850 thousand rubles. The project starts in September.

That’s going to be one-day events in which real entrepreneurial situations will be simulated, Alina tells. It makes possible to forecast a human’s behavior and also help him (her) to shape a particular set of behavior pattern for the future activity. The project is designated to development of soft skills of yang people wishing to fulfill business potential. Also thank to the project’s online course accompanying the entrepreneurial games, the participants can not only supplement their project activities knowledge but also improve their communicative  and rhetoric skills along with other important entrepreneurial abilities.
