“Business Appraising” program starts: graduates are to obtain career advantages

New students started learning under the program “Business Appraising”. The course of blended webinars (part of the students study online) is attended by the students from different regions: Dagestan, Krasnoyarsk, Kemerovo, Tomsk regions.

The students will have studied economic subjects, sorted out real estate, vehicles and equipment evaluation aspects, learnt the peculiarities of intellectual property and intangible assets prices by the end of eight months program

There are experienced experts among the instructors. Head of IEM Appraising Department, Director of “TOKKO Appraising Bureau” Dmitriy Hlopcov is the program manager.

The graduates will obtain some advantages for future careers. With TSU diploma they will be able to join the self-regulated organization “Russian Society of Appraisers” without an entry fee. Also they will have the necessary level of training required for unified graduation exam for the qualification certificate. To obtain this certificate it is necessary to have a degree in appraising.

First graduates finished the program in 2000. Since then hundreds of appraising specialists have been trained for different regions: Kemerovo, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Tomsk, Khakassia, Yakutiya, Atay. IEM with the first in Russia Appraising Department is the methodical center for all Russian universities.
