Competitive Selection for the Presidential Program for the 2026/27 Academic Year Has Launched
Until March 16th, candidates can submit an application for competitive selection to undergo training in the professional retraining programs "Development Project Management" (Type A) and "Organizational Management" (Type B). The program is organized within the framework of the State Plan for Training Management Personnel for Organizations of the National Economy of the Russian Federation for the 2026-2027 academic year ("Presidential Program for Training Management Personnel for Organizations of the National Economy of the Russian Federation").

The goal of implementing the State Plan is to provide organizations of the national economy of the Russian Federation with specialists in the field of management and production organization who meet modern economic requirements and educational standards.

Financing for training within the Presidential Program is shared and is paid from federal and regional budget funds (66%), as well as funds from the recommending organization or the specialist's own funds (34%). 34% of the total training cost is:
· For Type A programs: 37,485 rubles
· For Type B programs: 22,491 rubles
Candidate Requirements:
· Age up to 50 years (preferred)
· Higher education
· Total work experience of at least 5 years
· Experience in managerial positions for at least 2 years
· Participation in realization of a project for organizational development
How to Participate in the Competitive Selection:
1. Get acquainted with the offered programs. Choose a program and an educational organization.
2. Agree with your supervisor on participation in the training and determine the topic of a project aimed at the development of the enterprise and the region.
3. Register in the information system "AIS State Plan" by filling in ALL presented fields, using the recommendations for filling out, and attaching the necessary package of documents.
4. Submit the required package of documents to "the Tomsk Regional Resource Center" (Tomsk, Sovetskaya St., 43a).
5. Pass the competitive tests: write a motivational essay; undergo a professional interview.
Classes will be held in the modern building of the Institute of Economics and Management of TSU (12 Naberezhnaya reki Ushayki St.). Training takes place in the evening (on weekdays from 6:25 PM to 9:50 PM) and on Saturdays, which allows combining study with work (total training duration is 8-9 months).
Upon completion of training, a diploma of professional retraining from TSU is issued.
