Doctoral Student from Astana Visits IEM TSU and the "Work Russia" Career Center
Ardak Serikovna Munanova, a doctoral student from the International University of Astana, visited the Institute of Economics and Management (IEM) at Tomsk State University to develop international academic cooperation and study Russian practices for employing citizens with disabilities.
During her time at the university, Ardak worked with her co-supervisor, IEM Professor Olga Nedospasova, and participated in scientific and methodological events organized by the institute and the university.
An important part of the internship was a specially organized placement day for the doctoral student at the "Work Russia" Career Center. Here, the guest from Kazakhstan was given a tour and introduced to the center's operational structure, resources, and experience in working with citizens.
