Graduates of Two IEM Programs Receive Diplomas Marking Completion of Studies

On December 9th, a diploma ceremony for graduates of two programs from the Institute of Economics and Management was held in the TSU Assembly Hall. The event honored graduates of the master's program "State and Municipal Administration" and the specialized higher education program "Creating a Technological Startup."

"Today we mark an important milestone—your completion of the master's program. On behalf of all instructors and the professorial-teaching staff, we heartily congratulate you on obtaining your Master's qualification. We are proud of your achievements and that you have successfully completed this challenging, yet fruitful journey. This day symbolizes not only the receipt of a diploma but also the beginning of a new stage in your professional lives," greeted the graduates Evgenia Nekhoda, Director of IEM TSU.

"Today is especially symbolic that two groups of master's students are completing their studies. One program is aimed at regional development and creating new opportunities, contributing to the growth of not only Tomsk Oblast, but other regions as well. The other, new program, has in one year trained technology leaders and managers for high-tech businesses. You, the first graduates of this program, have received a qualification that will allow you to launch and develop your own startups. We believe that the future lies with you, as creators of new projects and technologies," noted Viktoria Makoveeva, Director of the Office of Technological Leadership—Vice-Rector for Strategic Partnership at TSU.

In their response, the graduates thanked the institute's instructors for their patience and understanding: "Your teaching work is of immense importance: you reinforced our sense of necessity and value in the profession, showing how broad university knowledge contributes to self-development."
