IEM “Captains” conducted business game for pupils during U-NOVUS

During U-NOVUS–2024 School Day of Business the students of TSU educational “Entrepreneurship and Project Management ‘Captains’” program conducted the business game named “Create. Expand. Develop.” This is a team event where the participants played the roles of workers of a made-up company “IT-Cap” The company had its accounts office, HR, market and other departments.

Following the game’s concept the “IT-Cap” Company starts opening its branches in different areas of the world and develops rapidly. On the U-NOVUS–2024 School Day of Business the administration of all branches arrived at the main office located at IEM TSU.

During the time spent at the main office the new “employees” managed to get acquainted with its administration. The pupils learnt from the students-representatives of the “main office” how to create a proper development strategy for the company and necessary professional environment of a branch.

The event was more than helpful. I liked the playing format and team work during the game. Also, I met new people and realized that I want to join the “Captains” program at TSU, a ninth-grader Leonid Konyukhov says.
