IEM student won in the TSU endowment fund competition for the best visual symbol

The results of competition for creating the symbol of the TSU endowment fund were announced. The expert commission has chosen the “Crane” symbol, created by Polina Deniskina, student of the Institute of Economics and Management.
“A crane is a symbol of purity, happiness, honesty, and readiness to selflessly help. The Japanese called cranes “people in feathers”. A crane symbolizes longevity and prosperity. And it also symbolizes hope. For me, it is associated with stability, purposefulness, freedom, and hope,” Polina commented.
Polina Deniskina is helping the IEM for a long time, designing posters and decorating posts on social media. She is the creator of souvenirs line that will be released for the IEM’s 5th anniversary on May 20.

The prizewinners of the best symbol contest are:

- IEM student Daria Pisarenko with her work named “Cash the Cachalot”
- Irina Makarova, Senior Lecturer, IEM Economics Department with her work named “TSU Endowment Fund - a Union of Donors and Beneficiaries for Good and Prosperity of Education, Science, Talents of Individuals and the Whole Mankind.”
