IEM students discussed cases of promoting international companies with Professor Larson from Paris
On October 26, an online seminar on the course "Global Business Strategies", organized jointly with Jean Paul Larson, member of the Board of Trustees of the Institute of Economics and Management of TSU, Honorary Professor of the Higher School of Business in Paris, was held for freshmen of the Master's program International Management
The online session was devoted to the discussion of issues related to the specifics of the entry of transnational corporations into emerging markets. In particular, I analyzed in detail the case of the Carlsberg company on the example of its entry and presence in the markets of Russia and China.
The undergraduates not only worked productively in groups and discussed cases of promoting international companies to emerging markets, but also received feedback from Professor Larson, who has vast international experience in teaching and business consulting in this area.
