IEM TSU Professor Awarded Prize in Competition for Implementing ERP-Related Academic Disciplines
In February, the XXVI International Scientific-Practical Conference "New Information Technologies in Education" (1C Economy: Shaping Professional Competencies of the Future for Digital Transformation) was held in Moscow. At the event, the results of the IV competition among university instructors for the implementation of academic disciplines related to ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) into the educational process were summarized.
Among the prize winners was a joint work by Associate Professors Sergey Minkov (IEM TSU) and Andrey Vazhdaev (TUSUR), which was specially noted for its significant contribution to the development of the educational process in the field of ERP technologies. The diploma for the prize winner was presented to Sergey Minkov by Boris Nuraliev, General Director of 1C Company.
Students of the IEM Department of Finance and Accounting actively participated in testing the teaching methodology for the discipline "Corporate Information Systems." They performed laboratory work based on the "1C:ERP Enterprise Management" system. This system is used by enterprises of various scales and forms of ownership to automate business processes, analyze performance indicators, and support management decision-making. Access to the system was provided by 1C Company using the cloud service "1C:Fresh" for educational institutions.
With the support of the Head of the Department of Finance and Accounting, Tatiana Ilyina, the professors were able to create effective conditions for shaping the professional competencies of future economists and managers, contributing to the successful adaptation of graduates to the digital economy.
