Institute is one big family – 2024 IEM Graduation Ceremony
The graduates of IEM – 2024 were awarded the diplomas. There were lots of emotions and good wishes during the ceremony in the main building of TSU.
This year there are 189 graduates from IEM Bachelor and Specialist Programs, 27 of whom graduated with distinction and 105 graduates from Master Programs, 46 with distinction.
I wish you all always set the highest goals and it’s the recipe for success, the first vice-rector of TSU Viktor Dyomin noted during the ceremony. That’s because a graduate of Tomsk State University is capable of solving any problem! You were taught by the most qualified professors from one of the best universities in the world. Today you are the face of TSU and all the people you will meet will judge the University by you.
Viktor Valentinovich also mentioned that the graduates are always welcome to TSU whether it is a friendly visit, partner meeting, postgraduate education or future education for their children.
The Director of the Office of Bachelor and Specialist Programs, Elena Yatkina:
Thank you, dear children, you can’t even imagine how we are glad for you! When I heard you family names during the ceremony I remembered all of you. You are our children as well as your parents’. I wish you all to find your way in life. Everyone will have his or her own road whether it is a path or a highway. Let all the ways be enjoyable for you!
The graduates were addressed by the lead investigator of Tax Crimes Department Artyom Betenekov:
Dear students and graduates, I wish you not to be afraid of anything. I think, you’ll do fine, everyone will find his or her field and don’t worry if you won’t be able to find it right away.
The Director of Tomsk Branch of Gazprombank Viktor Vyskrebetc also spoke:
I would like to remind you that the Tomsk Branch of the bank was created in 1993 and 70% of its personnel were the graduates of the Faculty of Economics of TSU. The graduates of the same faculty have also created the companies from Russian Top-500. I personally wish you to achieve the boldest ambitions and if anybody wants to connect the future career with the Gazprombank, you are welcome!
A Bachelor Program graduate Dmitriy Yakovlev:
As a former group president, I would like to thank sincerely everyone who was a part of our lives for the last four years. Many thanks to Evgeniya Vladimirovna, she always supported our initiatives and was interested in the campus life. Every professor is a huge professional, its unbelievable. Thank you all for showing us the way how to live in the society. Our Institute is a huge family.
A Bachelor Program graduate, Egor Demchenko:
I think that our university has a huge mission to shape the future elite of Russian economics. And in the future, we must personally participate in the development of the Institute to make its graduate even more effective. Thanks to IEM for our education!
A Master Program “Management” graduate, Muzaffar:
I had management for my bachelor degree but I think that the Master Program gave me better understanding of the processes. Having studied the market, I realized the necessity to further development in the same field. I have plans for opening my own business, there are some ideas and projects. After small rest I am going to start working on them.
