International Management master’s program student took part in Indian case-championship
Evgenii Bylkov, a first-year master's student of the International Management program, took part in the international Indian case championship "Curioso case analysis competition", organized by Case Development Cell of Dr. D.Y. Patil B-school. Evgenii was a member of a joint team of TSU and the Belarus State Economic University.
"For a student, the forms of professional development such as public speeches, scientific conferences and especially communication with foreign colleagues are of particular interest," Evgenii shares. “My recent experience is doubly interesting from this point of view: within working together with our Belarusian colleagues from BSEU (Belarus State Economic University), we successfully presented a report at the forum and participated in the intellectual competition dedicated to solving the case study on preparing an automobile industry product – tires with sealant – for the market launch.
The teams presented their research, marketing problem solutions, and vision for strategies of entering local and international markets. Despite the fact that it was the first time we were working as this team, we managed to present the report in an accessible form, were able to look at the problem from different points of view and reflect it in our presentation. For me personally, it is always a pleasure to work with foreign colleagues, to accept this kind of challenge, to solve problems on time, and most importantly, to try my strengths in arguing the position, composing a competent speech, because each new experience is a test of one’s own professional qualities and an opportunity to acquire new skills".
