Participants of Presidential Program Visit Leading Tomsk Enterprises
Participants of Tomsk State University's Presidential Program for Management Personnel Training visited four successful Tomsk enterprises - "Artlife," "Pharmstandard-Tomskkhimpharm," "NPK TETA," and "LEMZ-T" - as part of their "Russian Internship" module.
"Artlife" is the largest producer of biologically active complexes in Siberia. The company's food safety management system is certified compliant with two international standards: ISO 22000:2018 and GMP Codex Alimentarius (version 5). During the meeting with program participants, General Director Alexander Avstrievskikh detailed all aspects of the company's operations. Sales Director Sergey Sergeyev shared information about the company's promotion strategy, marketing, contract manufacturing, and thoroughly answered all participants' questions. The visitors toured the biotechnological production facility, liquid form filling production line, and physicochemical quality control laboratory.
"Pharmstandard-Tomskkhimpharm" is a Russian pharmaceutical enterprise located in Tomsk. The company actively develops and launches new drug forms and reproduced medications (generics) into the market. The plant is equipped with modern high-tech machinery fr om leading European manufacturers. The production capacity enables the output of hundreds of millions medicine packages annually. The enterprise maintains strict quality control systems complying with Russian legislative requirements.
The visit to "NPK TETA" introduced participants to electron beam technologies. The company produces both serial equipment and custom-designed systems, including those for electron beam melting and additive manufacturing. They handle installation, commissioning, and maintenance services. During the internship, participants met with Commercial Director Igor Osipov, who shared valuable experience in organizing team project work. He explained that the company maintains its own research and production facilities to handle the complete cycle of scientific, experimental, design, technological, and production tasks.
"Lianozovsky Electromechanical Plant" ("LEMZ-T") specializes in developing and producing radar systems and control complexes. The company creates software for air traffic control systems, developing mechanisms for processing information received from aircraft and presenting it to operators in user-friendly formats. Presidential Program participants learned about the enterprise's specific activities, personnel policies, and work process organization.
Since 2020, the "Russian Internship" module has been an integral part of the curriculum for TSU's Presidential Program for Management Personnel Training. The internship includes enterprise visits wh ere participants learn about modern management practices and technologies, production methods, and product promotion strategies. The internship helps consolidate theoretical knowledge and clarify directions for solving project tasks.
