— Several years ago, we signed a cooperation agreement with TSU and want to develop our interaction with this strong Siberian university. We have an interesting educational project for students interested in auditing—a summer school. We conduct this school at our office, where the company's employees, its partners, and managers are involved in training the youth. Participants of the summer school often come to us for internships and later stay to work for the company. Currently, there is a plan to hold such a school next year on the basis of Tomsk State University, and we discussed this plan today with representatives of IEM, — shared Ekaterina Okladnikova.

— The goal was to demonstrate a practical approach to auditing large companies like "Magnit" or "Aeroflot," where a simple documentation check is insufficient. A successful audit of market leaders requires a deep understanding of their industry specifics, key risks, business model, and stakeholder interests. Audit planning should be based on this analysis, focusing on the most significant and risky areas. During the discussion, two key aspects of practical work were considered: determining and applying materiality depending on the company, and identifying and analyzing risks in the context of audit activity, — explained Ekaterina.
