Born on May 1st, 1975, in the city of Prokopyevsk, Kemerovo Oblast.
Graduated from Tomsk State University (TSU) Faculty of Economics with a degree in Banking and Finance in 1997.
1994–1995 – stock exchange analyst in JSC Gazprombank Tomsk Branch.
From 1995 – senior stock exchange analyst in JSC Gazprombank Tomsk Branch.
1995 – founded and headed the Tezaurum financial industrial group.
December 2000–2004 – director of Tomsky PigBreeding Complex

2015 – present – CEO of Agrarian Group - Management Company.
2004 – named Manager of the Year as part of the Person of the Year contest organized by Tomsk Oblast Administration and Tomsk Oblast State Duma. 2011 –received a commendation from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation “for years of dedicated work in the agro industrial complex”. 2014 – received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Legislative Duma of Tomsk Oblast for significant contribution to socio-economic development of Tomsk Oblast, legislative work, and in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the Legislative Duma.
2004 – awarded the Badge of Honor by theMinistry of Internal Affairs Administration for Tomsk Oblast.
2006 – awarded the Order of Holy Prince Daniel of Moscow by the Russian Orthodox Church.

Was awarded an “Arts Patron of the Year” Medal, 3rd class, by the Mayor of Tomsk.Received a commemorative badge “For Distinction” for continued active participation in the development of the Federal Bailiffs Service Administration for Tomsk Oblast.Received a badge “For Contribution tothe Development of the City”.
2018 – received an official commendation “for achievements in labor and years of dedicated work” from the President of the Russian Federation. This award is given to prominent figures in science, culture, art, education, and sports, as well as torespected representatives of the public and business.
Was awarded the title “Sports Patron” for helping three Tomsk city sports federations in the “Sports Elite – 2018” regional contest.
2019 – received a 2nd Class Badge of Merit “Patron of the city of Tomsk – 2018”, was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by the Governor of Krasnoyarsk Krai, and a Commemorative Badge “25 years of the Legislative Duma of Tomsk Oblast”.
