During international roundtable challenges faced by modern management were discussed

On January 23 the «Insight Circle: Navigating International Management Challenges» roundtable took place as the main event of the Winter Online International Management School.
Over 70 people took part in the key event of the Winter School, among those were potential applicants for TSU Master’s program International Management from 58 countries, professors and students of TSU.
The roundtable was opened by Pakistani Professor Ali Eskhan. He talked about the symbolic meaning of Pakistan as a gate to Eurasia.
The work of the roundtable was continued by GSOM SbBU Professor Andrey Panibratov whose report was dedicated to the role of AI and digital technologies in international business and consequences of that to China.
Then Deputy Director of Republican Chinese Studies Institute of Belorussian State University Yulia Shavruk an old friend and long-standing partner of IEM spoke about topical problems of modern world economy.
Next, the participants listened to IEM Associate Professor report “Studies on international management challenges: what do researchers write about?’ dedicated to wide range of researches which might be interesting to current and future Master’s students of the International Management Program.
In the report by Associate Professor of Universitas Mercatorum (Roma, Italy) Marya Menshikova named «Proximity Learning: a new approach to corporate training» matters of modern approaches to HR management using the proximity learning were concerned.
At the end of the roundtable the speakers answered participants’ questions.
The plenary talk was concluded by the Associate Professor of Ural Federal University Alena Fedorova. She talked about current trends in HR management within the Industry 4.0 regarding HR the key factor of modern companies effectiveness.

The students of the Winter School had highest regards for the reports presented at the roundtable. One of the participants Thailand MP Dr. Isarum Sriyingyong said, Roundtable was incredibly insightful and well-organized! Each speaker brought a unique perspective, making it a truly enriching experience. It was a fantastic learning experience.
